Live a Food & Wine experience in one of the most beautiful and elegant wineries in the territory of Agrigento.

A landscape that intersperses with vineyards, olive groves, citrus groves, carob trees, flowering daisies and pear cacti.
You will taste fine wines with unique taste and cook with the fresh produce from the vegetable garden.

The experience has guests dedicating a morning or afternoon in one of Agrigento’s most beautiful and elegant wine cellars:

Welcome cocktail of of spumante served in fine crystal alongside a snack of locally grown almonds and pistachios;

Cooking course lasting about three hours, using fresh, local organic produce; guests will receive instructional hands-on lessons in the preparation of three traditional Sicilian dishes;

Guided tour of wine cellar by a local expert who will explain winemaking processes and techniques, concluding with an instructional wine tasting;

Lunch (or dinner) consisting of the dishes prepared during the course, served by the on-premises staff in the courtyard (or, in the case of inclement weather, in the wine cellar’s dining room). The meal will be accompanied by a selection of the wine cellar’s best wines;

A stroll through the vineyards and a taste of locally grown organic fruit in season.
